PARK BOARD SEPTEMBER 8, 1987 <br /> The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Park Board was called <br /> to order at 7 : 05 P.M. by Chairman Ray Johnson, Tuesday <br /> September 8, 1987 at the Lino Lakes City Hall . Members <br /> present : Chairman Ray Johnson , Ken Johnson, George Lindy, <br /> Bill Nissen, Candy Toffoli , & Bob Williams . Harold Bisel <br /> Liaison for City Council , and Randy Schumacher, <br /> Administrator were also present . <br /> CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES - July 6, 1987 <br /> Ken Johnson moved to accept the minutes of the September 8, <br /> 1987 Park Board meeting as presented. Candy Toffoli <br /> seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br /> CANDY ST. CLAIR - WALK-WAY BETWEEN SUNSET OAKS & MENKVELDS <br /> FOREST GLEN <br /> Candy St . Clair apppeared before the Park Board this evening <br /> to further discuss the possibility of a walkway being <br /> constructed on the easement , which will eventually be the <br /> continuation of Bradley Street between Jeanne Drive and <br /> Leonard Avenue. <br /> Candy brought with her a petition stating names of people <br /> living in the area in question for the walkway. They are <br /> hoping to attain access to the park located on Leonard <br /> Avenue . One person would not sign , because of standing <br /> water in back of the area. <br /> CONCERNS REGARDING THIS WALKWAY <br /> * How passable area would be <br /> * Check out standing water, and if we could <br /> put in a culvert <br /> * Get estimates of cost and what Don Volk might <br /> want to put in <br /> Candy also mentioned the possibility of getting a picnic <br /> table, satalite and a garbage can in the area. <br /> KENT ROESSLER: KEN-RICH CONSTRUCTION, LAMOTTE PARK PROPOSAL <br /> Mr. Roessler appeared before the Board explaining the <br /> proposal for subdivision by the Centerville/Lino Lakes <br /> boarder . <br /> Mr. Roessler wants to take a seven acre parcel and split it <br /> into fifteen lots . Because of the access , the property was <br /> unsuccessfully split up before. <br />
