Patrick McCullough for his bid of $ 23 , 500 for a <br /> proposed use of Residential Housing . I have sent Mr . McCullough a <br /> letter , which he has returned with his signature asking if he <br /> understands he would have to rezone the property for his proposed <br /> use, and would have to dedicate 33 feet along the south side of the <br /> subject parcel for the north one-half of Linda Avenue and then have <br /> Linda Avenue improved at his own cost with "bituminous paving to <br /> City's engineering standard." <br /> There was a bid from Paul J. Spronty for $ 26 , 600 . Unfortunately , <br /> his earnest money was not the required 10 per cent as stated in the <br /> terms and conditions. In finally contacting him , he expressed he <br /> was withdrawing his offer. <br /> Parcel 2) Peter Rosenthal, representative of the adjacent property <br /> owners for their bid of $14,000 and proposed use of extending their <br /> adjacent properties.
