Mr. Nissen also noted that <br /> the birdhouses recently installed at Country Lakes Park are low <br /> enough to invite vandalism and asked Mr. Volk to find out if they <br /> could be raised . <br /> Capital Improvements Plan for 1987 - Mr. Volk reported the follow <br /> status on 1987 capital improvements : Storage building for Sunrise <br /> Park and the Archery Range for City Hall Park are out for bids ; <br /> the ice rink at Shenandoah Park is in the planning stage . This <br /> will be reviewed on the May, 1987 agenda . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Chairman Johnson said that Park Board member Kim James has given <br /> notice of resignation and asked that Mr . Bisel carry to Council <br /> the need for a new member . <br /> The meeting adjourned by unanimous vote at 8 : 20 . PM . <br />
