PARR BOARD MEETING <br /> November 3, 1986 <br /> Page Three <br /> PARR DEDICATION ORDINANCE PROPOSAL <br /> The ordinance proposal has been sent to the City Attorney <br /> but no response has been received to date. A decision was <br /> made to change the wording of Option B of the proposed <br /> ordinance to : 10% of the total land acreage in the develop- <br /> ment deeded to the City. Randy Schumacher was asked to <br /> notify the City Attorney of this change and request the <br /> attorney' s decision so it may be incl�_ ied with the mailing <br /> of November 3rd ' s minutes to Park Board members . The Park <br /> Board would like to review any changes suggested by the <br /> City Attorney before the Council reviews the proposal. <br /> VANDALISM REPORTS <br /> None <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Co u.rs e. <br /> 1. Fitness C-ems:, There was some discussion on the <br /> popularity of fitness eWla- c-and the possibility of planning <br /> one in Lino Lakes. Bill Nissen will research the idea. <br /> 2. Gary Uhde Plat: Don Volk presented a map of a pro- <br /> posed development by Regency Homes-Gary Uhde. This is an <br /> 80-acre development located north of Colonial Woods off of <br /> Birch Street (by the tower) . The area will require rezoning <br /> and city utilities. Expect negotiations to soon begin be- <br /> tween Mr. Uhde and the Park Board regarding Park dedication. <br /> The Lino Lakes Comp Plan does indicate a community playfield <br /> is needed south of the Black Duck subdivision. Mr. Uhde <br /> may be interested in the possibility of a "developed park" <br /> within his subdivision. <br /> 3. Warming House: Don Volk reported on the new ac- <br /> quisition of a semi-permanent warming house to be located <br /> behind City Hall. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8 :40 P.M. Aye. <br />
