PARK BOARD
November 4, 1985
Page Four
OLD BUSINESS
The Board received a copy of a letter from Royal Electric Co.
in Minneapolis which stated that they would be filing a Statement
of Claim and Summons with the court against Lino Lakes BMX,
Inc. in the amount of $454 plus filing fees for the balance
unpaid for electrical material and labor. This claim will
also name Charles & Janice Johnson, Jim Kleinhans (involved
with the BMX track) and the City of Lino Lakes.
Mr. Schumacher reported that in conversation with Charles Johnson,
Mr. Johnson felt that the problem outlined in the letter will
be resolved.
Mr. Ray Johnson reported that agreement has been made to allow
the BMX track to store equipment in the Athletic Associations ' garage in
exchange for the availability of the electrical service for the Asso-
ciation. . . Mr. Ray Johnson will keep the Board up to date
with regard to further BMX actions.
N19W BUSINESS
Mr. Volk reported that the pontoons which the contractor had
left at Country Lakes Park have been removed as requested.
Mr. Ray Johnson moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 P.M. Mr.
Nissen seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
