Park Board Meeting <br /> November 5 , 1984 <br /> Page Three <br /> The Board asked to table this item until the next meeting and <br /> asked that further clarification with reg,3rd to what portion <br /> of the park dedication has been satisfied be researched and <br /> reported to the Board. <br /> ULMER ' S RICE LAKE 3RD ADDITION <br /> The Board discussed the situation surrounding the Ulmer 's Rice <br /> Lake 3rd Addition plat and the fact that it has still not been <br /> definitely settled as to whether this area will have sewer <br /> or not . <br /> Mr. Ray Johnson moved to table this item until a definite plat <br /> and definite commitment with regard to sewer has been received <br /> from the developer. Mr . Nissen seconded the motion . Motion <br /> carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Ray Johnson asked Mr . Volk how close the actual figures will <br /> come compared to the budget for 1984 . Mr . Volk answered ' very <br /> close ' . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> Ray Johnson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8 : 45 P .M. Seconded <br /> by Mr . Scherer. Aye . <br />
