Mr . Flannery <br /> suggested a Planning Taks Force to paln fcr the City for the next 5 - 10 - <br /> 15 years , to include the needed park lands in the event this race track <br /> does become a reality . This matter to be on the next park board agenda. <br /> Mr. Arntzen asked about the survey done on the recreational needs of the <br /> residents of the city . The results of this has never been published . <br /> It was felt there should be some type of follow up on this . Mr. Flannery <br /> said he would prepare a draft letter for publication and have ready for <br /> the next agenda. <br /> Also, a financial report as to the amount of money in the Dedicated park <br /> Funds is to be on the next agenda. <br /> Meeting was adjourned. <br /> n <br />
