OTHER OLD BUSINESS: Joint Use - Anoka County: Paul said he talked to Margaret '"N Langfeld about joint use of county land for an athletic complex. She supported this idea, however, when he talked to John Von deLinde he was very negative and very offensive. Paul will contact Arnie Steferude at Met Council and then the House and Senate Legislators . Forest Lake Hockey Association: Marty said the board has been invited to a Forest Lake Hockey Association meeting on Wednesday, August 7, 1996, 7pm at the Forest Lake Senior Center. He explained this was an informational meeting pertaining to entering into a joint powers agreement for a community skating rink. George said if Lino was going to spend any money on this it would be spent in our community and not in someone elses . Rice Lake Estates Park Plan Meeting: Marty told the Park Board members that there would be a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 7pm, at Fire Station 2 , to review the master plan concept plan for the Rice Lake Estates/Baldwin Park joint use park.
