All other <br /> Joint Recreation pep-artment employees may be hired or <br /> terminated in a manner consistent with the procedure then <br /> applicable to other similar employees of Minnetonka. <br /> SECTION 6 . PROPORTIONATE LIABILITY <br /> The parties agree that they shall proportionately share <br /> all claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorneys ' <br /> fees, which one or both incurs or for which one or both becomes <br /> liable because of personal injury, death , and/or property <br /> damage resulting from the operation of the joint Recreation <br /> Department and programs. Each party's share shall be the same <br /> proportion as each party's proportional representation on the <br /> n Joint Recreation Board calculated according to Section 1. of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> SECTION 7 . PROGRAM FUNDING <br /> All programs offered by the recreation program insofar as <br /> it is possible shall have fee structures which cause them to be <br /> self-supporting. Program costs not covered by program fees <br /> shall be apportioned as defined7 in Section 2 . <br /> SECTION 8. PROVISION OF FACILITIES <br /> _ It shall be the goal of both parties to provide <br /> recreational and park facilities in proportion to the needs of <br /> their respective populations.
