Public Land Dedication <br /> The City will require cash in lieu of land dedication for the new lot. Lot 1 with the <br /> existing house will not be charged a park dedication fee. <br /> Park Dedication Fees <br /> Total#of Lots = 1 <br /> x 2021 Park Dedication Fee $3,160 <br /> = Total Due $3,160 <br /> Tree Preservation <br /> The Environmental Coordinator reviewed the Tree Preservation and Landscaping Plan. <br /> Per the October 28, 2020 Environmental Board staff report, a tree inventory/removal list <br /> was submitted. Trees removed are in the basic use area and will not require mitigation <br /> trees to be planted. <br /> Landscaping <br /> Canopy cover, foundation landscaping, open area landscaping and buffer and screens are <br /> not required for the 2 lot residential subdivision. <br /> Boulevard Trees <br /> Residential lots require one boulevard tree per frontage. In this case, parcel 1 has <br /> existing trees in the right-of-way that will satisfy this requirement. An American linden <br /> basswood(Tilia americana) is proposed for the boulevard tree that will be required for <br /> parcel 2. <br /> Sod and Ground Cover <br /> All disturbed areas shall have appropriate ground cover in accordance with Section <br /> 1007.043(17)(h). <br /> Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) <br /> An Environmental Assessment Worksheet is not mandated. The two (2)unattached <br /> residential units are under the 250 unattached unit threshold required for a mandatory <br /> EAW. <br /> Wetlands <br /> There are no wetlands on site. <br /> 6 <br />
