Impervious surface per lot cannot exceed 50%. <br /> Building Design Standards <br /> The applicant provided color renderings of example townhome products. More <br /> information is required regarding the proposed building design standards for both the <br /> two-family dwelling and townhomes. Color renderings of proposed townhomes were <br /> provided. Building design standards as detailed in City Code Section 1007.043 (2)(b) <br /> and 1007.094(4) shall be met. <br /> 5 <br />
