City of Lino Lakes <br /> Park Board Meeting <br /> July 7, 1997 <br /> Street trail, we have $15, 000 for paving last year and $15, 000 <br /> for this year. <br /> George asked if the Park Board would make a recommendation, to <br /> the City Council, asking for any addition funding available to <br /> help complete some trails in the city, as soon as possible. <br /> George said the Park Board will make every attempt to gather <br /> information and supply a number of linear footage of trails that <br /> are roughed in and need to be paved above and beyond the trails <br /> that are already scheduled to be paved in 1997 . <br /> Paul asked about the time frame for the east/west connection <br /> through the regional park. Barry said he would look into this . <br /> Country Lakes Park: George asked if Barry would contact Marty to <br /> see if he contacted Kate Drewry on the Country Lakes wetland <br /> delineation. Marty was going to make the request for the permit <br /> to fill in the wetland to connect the trail through Country Lakes <br /> Park to the backside of Rice Lake Elementary School . <br /> NEW BUSINESS• <br /> Barry had included an article on scheduling facilities that was <br /> in the Minnesota Recreation and Parks newsletter "Keeping Up" . <br /> NEXT MEETING• <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for August 4, 1997, 6 :30pm at City <br /> Hall . <br /> ADJOURN: <br /> Joe Schmidt made a motion to adjourn at 8 :34pm, seconded by <br /> George Lindy.
