LINO LAKES PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br /> PROGRAM FINAL REPORT <br /> Program Name: Wild Away for a Day(field trips) <br /> Season: Fall: Winter: Spring: Summer: XX Year: 1996 <br /> Number of participants: <br /> Registration fee: $varied <br /> Income: $0 <br /> Expenses: $0 <br /> Income/Loss: $ 0 <br /> Comments: <br /> This Summer the department planned five trips to a Minnesota Twins game,Mapplewood <br /> Community Center, Wild Mountain, Bunker Dills Wave Pool and Valleyfair. <br /> Unfortunately, none of these trips operated due to the lack of participation interest. <br /> Some theory's are the price of the trips were two expensive and or people were simply not <br /> interested in the venues that were sought. <br /> The price of transportation and the entry fee combination was the determining factor in the <br /> cost of each trip. The amount of advertising increased this-year then in years past. <br /> Over the Winter month's, this program will be evaluated if it will be offered in the future. <br /> REF:wildeval.96 <br />
