In addition the department processed 30 applications for picnics. <br /> Some revisions in the ballfield policy are being considered for next season. One major <br /> change will be the number of practices allowed to be scheduled at one time. This would <br /> elevate the number of request coming into the office. <br /> It is anticipated to have a similar policy for picnic reservations and grab bag rental next <br /> season. <br /> REF:reseval.96 <br />
