The City will provide: <br /> 1. Street sweeping of Ivy Ridge Court and Ivy Ridge Lane, where trail easement exists, two <br /> times per year with additional sweeping at discretion of City staff. <br /> 2. Provide private street sign at both entrances of the development. <br /> 3. Provide trail signage indicating "No Motorized Vehicles Allowed". <br /> 4. Provide split rail fence along the southern property line of Lot 31. <br /> 5. Construct the bridge. <br /> 6. Pave remaining trail segments. <br /> On April 28 Shirley Patterson from the Wenzel Farms Townhome Association informed me that <br /> the Association has decided to table the issue.
