Council Member Lyden introdced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO 98-31 <br /> RESOLUTION RESTRICTIONS PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF WARE <br /> ROAD BETWEEN ASH STREET AND BIRCH STREET,AND THE EAST SIDE <br /> OF WARE ROAD BETWEEN ASH STREET AND THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT <br /> 11, BLOCK 4, SHENANDOAH. <br /> WHEREAS,the city of Lino Lakes has planned the improvement of MSAS 105 (Ware <br /> Road) from Ash Street to Birch Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the <br /> improvement of said street. <br /> WHEREAS, the improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on the West <br /> side of Ware Road, between Ash Street and Birch Street , and the East side of Ware Road <br /> between Ash Street and the south property line of lot 11, block 4, Shenandoah. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE �.. <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1.
