Creates, plans, implements and supervises a variety of recreational programs. Examples <br /> would include programs designed for after school,pre-school/parent child, teens and <br /> .-►� special events. <br /> 2. Assists in the supervision of existing recreational programs to include summer <br /> playground, youth camps, clinics and special events. <br /> 3. Organizes and leads a variety of field trips for young people and families. <br /> 4. Recruits,trains, schedules and supervises seasonal and temporary employees. <br /> 5. Develops promotional fliers, new releases and cable television announcements; <br /> assists with preparation of seasonal departmental brochures. <br /> 6. Reviews and evaluates programs and services; submits written recommendations <br /> for program improvements. <br /> 7. Prepares and maintains all necessary records and reports. <br /> 8.
