City of Lino Lakes <br /> Park Board Meeting <br /> January 5, 1998 <br /> of this meeting is to examine and provide input with respect to <br /> master plans . Jeff Schoenbauer of Brauer and Associates, the <br /> City' s parks planner, will be in attendance to facilitate <br /> discussion. In the event that they are unable to attend this <br /> meeting, residents are encouraged to forward comments to Rick <br /> through the mail, by FAX, or by telephone. <br /> George asked how such correspondence is disseminated. Rick <br /> explained that staff will develop a list of names and addresses <br /> from the local directory, and have the letters in the mail by the <br /> end of this week. Various methods were discussed to facilitate <br /> this process, including a direct mailing service . Rick indicated <br /> that he would research that possibility. <br /> Pam asked if the Police Department might be able to assist with <br /> dissemination through Neighborhood Watch Groups .
