If at any time you have a
question or a comment, please contact my office at 780-3782,Ext. 178.
Winter program Update:
Warminghouse Shelters
We opened up on January 1 and had solid attendance since. This week the temperatures
have reached over 35 degrees and could pose a problem with the ice if temperatures do
not fall in the evening. It is anticipated that we will be open until the end of February.
Snack and Skate
These outdoor lessons are proving popular with parents and participants. The mild
weather has helped in the area of not having to cancel any classes.
Family Open Gym
Each week this program is growing in popularity. This is a drop in program. For one
small fee of$5 per family, they can enjoy several gym games. It will be looked into for
additional family activities.
Kids—Er—Cise
Although the attendance was lower than in the past, the program participants seemed to
be enjoying themselves. In conversation with some parents, they also enjoy having their
child in this program.
Pre Kids—ER—Cise
This is another program that parents can interact with their child during the program.
This program is very popular with parents of young children.
PARK, RECREATION, & RECYCLING DEPARTMENTS
7204 Lake Drive • Lino Lakes, Minnesota • 55014
Phone: 617-780-1885 • Fax: 612-784-7227
