Athletic complex, <br /> neighborhood parks, trails, environmental , other <br /> It was decided that the referendum would include the <br /> following items with an approximate cost for each: <br /> A. Recreation Complex $3M <br /> B. Trails $1 '-z - $2M <br /> C. Neighborhood Parks $1M <br /> It was also decided that the teen/seniors would not be <br /> eliminated until the YMCA comes in with their survey <br /> results . <br /> E . Identify and itemize potential improvements in each area <br /> There was discussion of trail improvements along Birch <br /> Street from Hokah west to Hodgson west to Lake Drive . Also, <br /> a trail from Black Duck to the Waterworks line north to the <br /> County Park. <br /> ,.� There should be a floating boardwalk at Captains Place to <br /> Quail Ridge. Approximate cost is $14, 000 . <br /> F. Determine process to obtain purchase agreement for property <br /> on Holly Drive and County Road J <br /> G. Establish committee to begin process of narrative for slide <br /> presentation <br /> No discussion <br /> H. Review and update contact list <br /> Rick asked members to review the contact list and bring any <br /> updates or changes to the next meeting. <br /> I . Additional items <br /> Rick will be meeting with the Trails Committee on Tuesday, <br /> January 27, at 7PM. <br /> J.
