COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 14, 1998 <br /> �.� for the Pheasant Hills Preserve, 8th Addition project for Monday September 14, 1998. All <br /> necessary notices have been mailed to affected property owners indicating the amount of the <br /> assessment and the date of the hearing. <br /> Mr. Powell stated the project is substantially complete and can now be assessed. The project <br /> includes developer installed streets and utilities. The assessments associated with this project <br /> include Area and Unit charges, Surface Water Management Fees, and Wearing Course Costs. <br /> Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 6:53. There were no comments from the property <br /> owners. <br /> Council Member Neal moved to close the public hearing at 6:54 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 147,Adopting Assessment, Pheasant Hills Preserve, 8th Addition- Mr. <br /> Powell stated that staff recommends Resolution No. 98 - 147 be adopted. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 147, as presented. Council Member <br /> Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 98 - 147 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br /> ASSESSMENT PUBLIC HEARING, Behm's Century Farm,3rd Addition -Mr. Powell <br /> stated that on August 10, 1998,the Council set the public hearing for the proposed assessments <br /> for the Behm's Century Farm, 3rd Addition project for Monday, September 14, 1998. All <br /> necessary notices have been mailed to affected property owners indicating the amount of the <br /> assessment and the date of the hearing. <br /> Mr. Powell stated the project is substantially complete and can now be assessed. The project <br /> includes developer installed streets and utilities.
