COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 12, 1999 <br /> Council Member Lyden stated proper buffers are important. He indicated he does not feel that <br /> $30,000 is adequate. He asked the authors of the motion to waive the one year requirement <br /> regarding future consideration. <br /> Council Member Bergeson stated that it could be reactivating the previous motion if the waiver <br /> regarding the one year time limit is added. <br /> Motion carried with Council Member Lyden voting no. <br /> Mayor Sullivan called for a short recess at 11:10 p.m. <br /> Mayor Sullivan reconvened the meeting at 11:20 p.m. <br /> Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the combined preliminary and feral development <br /> plan as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion cedth Council <br /> Member Lyden voting no. <br /> Consideration of Surfside Addition, Final Plat,Mary Kay��Vy1„ Ms and advised a <br /> Preliminary Plat/PDO/Rezone was approved for the Surfside di h August, 1997. The plat <br /> created five (5) R-IX Lots with a PDO that allowed a,50' ide hint taxiway and the ability for <br /> each lot to construct a 2,400 square foot seaplane hanger ,The plat also provided two (2) outlots <br /> which were to be attached to the existing se a ,base Property. <br /> Mr. Hanson has completed his Declaratan o Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and they <br /> have been reviewed, along with title cornmrtmeiit,by the City Attorney and found to be <br /> adequate. A DevelopmejA- has been signed and financial guarantees posted for the <br /> utility extension. Gr , ` g ompleted on a per lot basis as described in the development <br /> agreement. <br /> see <br /> Staff recomme 1 of the Final Plat for the Surfside Addition with the condition that <br /> Outlots A and B 'com ined with Parcel No. 20-31-22-23-0010 to insure that they remain one <br /> parcel. <br /> Mayor Sullivan inquired about the reason for Exception A and the location of the runway. Ms. <br /> Wyland advised that Exception A is a piece of property that is not part of this plat. Ms. Wyland <br /> referred to the map indicated the location of the runway. She stated the easement for the taxiway <br /> are already taken care of. <br /> Ms. Wyland added that boulevard trees will be planted. The wires will be coming down and be <br /> buried. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to approve the Final Plat with the condition that Outlots A and B <br /> are combined with parcel 20-331-22-23-0010. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 <br />
