Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-15 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE CIRCLE-LEX LIONS CLUB, FOR <br /> THE PURCHASE OF A PARTY WAGON. <br /> WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department was sought out by the Circle- <br /> Lex Lions Club to investigate the possibility of purchasing and operating a community party <br /> wagon; and <br /> WHEREAS, The community party wagon will be available for persons to reserve; and have it <br /> delivered for block parties;and <br /> WHEREAS, The Circle-Lex Lions Club donated$10,945.00 to purchase the community party <br /> wagon and all its contents. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby accepts <br /> the donation of$10,945.00 to purchase the community party wagon for block parties and wishes <br /> to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Circle-Lex Lions Club for its support and <br /> donation for this program. <br /> Ap 1 <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day o 999 <br /> er S'AYI an,Mayor <br /> J M.
