Council member Bergeson introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved its adoption: <br /> City Of Lino Lakes <br /> Resolution 99-22 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM THE <br /> GENERAL FUND TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> FUND <br /> WHEREAS, dollars were budgeted for a Natural Resource Inventory Study in <br /> 1998, and <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of the study was financed with Community Development <br /> Block Grant dollars ($8,216.00), and <br /> WHEREAS, these costs were paid from the C.D.B.G. Fund, and <br /> WHEREAS, other unfunded costs total $1,211.50. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized <br /> effective December 31, 1998: <br /> Increase Decrease <br /> C.D.B.G Fund (402) $9,427.50 <br /> General Fund (101) $9,427.50 <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th of A ril, 999. <br /> i <br /> Kink erl S i n, Mayor <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Neal And upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal & Sullivan <br /> The following voted against same: none <br /> Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
