Citizen Participation
The last cornerstone is citizen participation. The most important thing about
citizen participation is that it's voluntary. We cannot make citizens become
involved. What we can and must do, however, is continue to provide you with
OPPORTUNITIES to become involved. We announce these opportunities in the
Quad Press and through the city newsletter.
This year, we offered participation through task forces, steering committees,
advisory boards, neighborhood meetings, and very unique ways through the
Vision Bus Tour, Mayor's Coffees, and Roundtables. We continue to encourage
citizens to contact council members by phone, attend the work session or council
meetings.
These are opportunities for citizens to become involved in planning our
future.
Let's take a look at the department successes and plans-for the future.
ADMINISTRATION - Director, Dan Tesch
Administration, Finance, Human Resources
Finances in Lino Lakes are in FINE SHAPE.
