The event is being held for a Lino Lakes resident who has cancer. <br /> Staff was told that the Lino Lakes Lions Club will be selling beer at this event. <br /> Council directed staff to contact the Lino Lakes Lions Club and determine if a beer license is <br /> needed. <br /> Council Member Neal moved to approve the request from the Lino Lakes Lions for an <br /> exemption from lawful gambling license,as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the <br /> motion. The purpose of the subdivision is so the <br /> adjoining property owners can keep the property as open land. <br /> 6 <br />
