Parcel A is legally combined with Lot 5, Block 6, Pheasant Hills Preserve 6th <br /> Addition. <br /> 2. Parcel B is legally combined with Lot 1, Block 2, Pheasant Hills Preserve 4th <br /> Addition. <br /> 3. Outstanding assessments are paid on the parcel prior to recording of the subdivision <br /> (the purchase price does include these assessments). <br /> Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Although <br /> a portion of th 6 ing .' f was replaced last year after the storms, it will be replaced to match <br /> the new build' <br /> Mr. Sanford queoned the"green"parking area. Staff explained"green"parking is a way to <br /> provide additional parking without additional asphalt. The new process is part of the <br /> environmental effort within the City. The"green"parking area should not require any additional <br /> maintenance. If it does not work properly,the area can be paved at a later date. The "green" <br /> parking area allows water to run off and soak into the ground before it reaches the ponding area. <br /> The VFW Club plans to begin construction sometime in May. The construction should be <br /> completed in six(6)months. <br /> Sanitary sewer is needed for this site,however,the site is not currently in the MUSA area. The <br /> new Comp Plan does include this area in the MUSA. If construction is completed after the new <br /> n Comp Plan is adopted by the City Council,the site will automatically be included in MUSA. <br /> However, if construction is completed before the new Comp Plan is adopted, a MUSA exchange <br /> 7 <br />
