COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 26, 1999 <br /> Staff recommended Council adopt Resolution No. 99 - 29. <br /> The issue regarding overage was raised. Mr. Hawkins advised the company has to perform the <br /> work for the price that was bid. Overages occur when additional work is requested and <br /> completed. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 29, as presented. Council Member <br /> Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution No. 99 - 29 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br /> Consideration of Resolution No. 99 -30, State Aid Road Designations,John Powell- Cities <br /> who qualify for participation in the Municipal State Aid System(MSAS) are owed to <br /> designate roadways to the system based on the amount of improved roadY the City. <br /> Each year cites are allowed to revise their MSAS by adding or revo 'S sage. <br /> Staff recommended the following revision to the Lino Lakes M jiffi,6"jpaI State Aid System: <br /> Revoke the non-existing I-3 5 W south fron e:road,designated`as segment 101, from <br /> Elm Street to Lake Drive. She indicated she will correct the mistake and bring a corrected expenditure statement <br /> back to Council for approval. <br /> Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the April 26, 1999, Expenditures, as amended. <br /> Council Member Lyden seconded the motion.
