COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 26, 1999 <br /> 13. All necessary permits must be obtained from Anoka County and MnDOT. <br /> Mayor Sullivan moved to adopt the FIRST READING of Ordinance No. 11 - 99 rezoning to <br /> PDO based on findings in the report. Sealed bids were received and opened on Tuesday, March 23, 1999,for the Lake <br /> Drive Trunk Utility-Phase 2 Project. <br /> The low bid in the amount of$1,991,329.71 was received from S. J. Louis Construction,Inc. <br /> Funding for the project will be through special assessments levied against benefiting properties <br /> as property owners connect to the utility system and the City's Area and Unit Fund. <br /> The proposed schedule for the project is as follows: <br /> Council Awards Bid April 26, 1999 <br /> Construction Begins June 15, 1999 <br /> Utility Construction Complete September 1, 1999 ..,, <br /> All Construction Complete November 1, 1999 <br /> 14 <br />
