Council Member Dahl introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 05-99 <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROADWAY EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN <br /> DOCUMENT NO. 717509 AND RECORDED WITH ANOKA COUNTY(plat <br /> drawing attached) <br /> The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br /> I <br /> That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owner to vacate the previously <br /> recorded roadway easement to make way for the platting of Clearwater Creek 3rd <br /> Addition. <br /> II <br /> That the legal description of said roadway easement is described as follows: <br /> (insert) <br /> III <br /> That the City held a Public Hearing before the City Council continued from March 22, <br /> 1999 to April 12, 1999 after due published and posted notice had been given on March <br /> 2nd, 1999 and March 9th, 1999 and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br /> heard. <br /> IV <br /> This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br /> according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the 'ty L s 26th day of April, 1999. <br /> hk" � <br /> bey ivan,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> „.� <br /> Mar yn G.
