Council Member Neal introduced the following ordinance and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 15-98 <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF ALTERATIONS TO <br /> STRUCTURES CONTAINING NON-CONFORMING RESIDENTIAL UNITS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. Section 3, Subd. 2.13.9 of the Lino Lakes Zoning-Ordinance <br /> (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures, Provision) is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 9. Alteration may be made to a structure containing non-conforming <br /> residential units when they will improve the livability thereof, provided they <br /> will not increase the number of units or expand the size or degree of the <br /> non-conformity. <br /> Section 2.
