City of Lino Lakes <br /> Park Board Meeting <br /> April 5, 1999 <br /> The April 5, 1999 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was <br /> called to order at 6 : 33pm, by Chair George Lindy. <br /> Roll call was taken, members present were George Lindy, Pat <br /> Huelman, Pam Taschuk, Jeff Reinert, Chris Welsand, Joe Boyle, and <br /> Paul Montain. <br /> Also present were Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director, <br /> Sandie Wood, Office Manager. <br /> APPROVAL OF MARCH 1, 1999 MINUTES: <br /> Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pam Taschuk, to approve <br /> the March 1, 1999 minutes . The minutes were approved with Jeff <br /> Reinert, Chris Welsand, and Joe Boyle abstaining. <br /> SETTING THE AGENDA: <br /> The Agenda was passed as presented. <br /> OPEN MIKE: <br /> Ms . Sharon Lane, previous Park Board member, came forward and <br /> stated she has been appointed to the Planning and Zoning Board. <br /> 101*1.1 She thanked the Park Board for the five years she served. She <br /> stated she enjoyed her time on the Park Board and learned a lot . <br /> She stated she is happy to see more interest from residents <br /> regarding City boards . <br /> Paul thanked Sharon and Joe for there time and effort regarding <br /> the Park Board. He wished both of them good luck in the future . <br /> WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW PARK BOARD MEMBERS: <br /> Rick introduced and welcomed the new Park Board members, Ms . <br /> Chris Welsand and Mr. Joe Boyle . <br /> Rick advised each member of the Park Board received a current <br /> list of members with their address and phone number. <br /> Determine Park Liaisons - Rick advised the Park Board to assign <br /> Park Liaisons . He referred to a list of the 1998 Park Liaisons <br /> and asked that the Park Liaisons for each park be assigned at the <br /> next meeting. <br /> REVIEW PROPOSAL RELATED TO BEHM' S CENTURY FARM PARK: <br /> Rick stated Mr. Uhde has submitted a proposal to purchase 135' x <br /> 80' lots along Mustang Lane for $10, 000 each. Each lot along <br /> Palomino Lane would be $5, 000 . <br /> 1 <br />
