The proposed Mallar`"_ trail would provide a less direct access to the Middle School and the Rice L. lem School. The Centennial School District provides bus service for this schools. Rick noted Mr. Palcher, owner of the lot next to the current trail thro` s area, is still willing to cooperate with the City to minimize any disruption to area' ,. ;idents until the trail access from Mallard Lane is completed. Rick indicated the only other option to secure a trail around the north side of Reshanau Lake is eminent domain. Council directed Rick to directed to discuss eminent domain with the City Attorney to determine what is involved with the process, and bring this matter back to Council. CONSIDERATION OF GOAL SETTING SESSION.DAN TESCH Dan asked Council to determine a time and format for the 1999 goal setting session. All Directors were asked to be involved with the session this year.
