The same format used in 1998 will be used. <br /> DISCUSSION OF MINUTES,KIM SULLIVAN <br /> Kim clarified the process for discussion of items on the Consent Agenda. If a Council <br /> Member wishes to discuss an item on the consent agenda,that item should be pulled from <br /> the consent agenda at the time the agenda is set. If the minutes are still an issue they must be pulled <br /> from the consetAteenda.`' 'lyn will note any changes that are made. <br /> DISCUSSION OTS (INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS), <br /> JOHN POWELL 2 <br /> John explained the City must follow the most restrictive ISTS ordinance. At this time,the <br /> Anoka County ISTS is the most restrictive. Since ISTS rules have been changed,he has <br /> requested and is awaiting receipt of the Anoka County ISTS. The City will have to <br /> change their ISTS Ordinance. A new Ordinance will be developed within the next month <br /> or so. <br /> The City will communicate the ISTS changes and the new Ordinance to residents via the <br /> City newsletter. Staff will also develop a reminder of the three (3)year inspection cycle <br /> schedule to residents. <br /> 2 <br />
