CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 6, 1999 62ND STREET Andy reported the resident that is gathering petitions in the Ware Road/62nd Street area is concerned about a meeting that will be held with Mr. Carlson while it is so cold. The resident has indicated she is not against Mr. Carlson's new subdivision but rather the extension of West Shadow Lake Road to 62nd Street. This issue will come before Council in the future. CHRIS LYDEN'S BACKYARD Chris reported 30-40 acres in his backyard is flooding and some use of his land has been lost. It was also decided e urrciI hould adopt a motion extending the current board and group members terms arch 1, 1999. e N-M * BOARD APPOINTI&WS Kim asked that a schedule be determined so there is a target date for completion of the interviews for advisory boards and groups. It was determined that interviews will be held on January 13, 1999, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Interviews will also take place on February 3, February 8, and February 17, 1999. An hour will be added to each Council meeting on those dates. It was the consensus of Council to make a motion on Monday right that all Board appointments will be effective March 1, 1999.
