COUNCIL MINUTES January 25, 1999 <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to approve the site plan review based on the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Proper building permits are obtained prior to relocation and concrete slab details <br /> are provided. <br /> 2. The structure is brought into compliance with the State UBC including the <br /> following improvements: <br /> a. the structure is located on a concrete slab <br /> b. all wiring is removed or brought up to State Code <br /> c. center beam is upgraded or support posts added <br /> d. a treated bottom plate is installed :y <br /> e. rotted studs are replaced <br /> f attic access is enlarged to meet coded <br /> g. other items as determined by the building ctV, <br /> 3. The building is located within the setback f the Zoning Ordinance <br /> (proposed located is 20' from side pro 1 a um of 5' is required). <br /> 4. The exterior of the building is p e he to match the existing dwelling. <br /> 5. The above improvements ted by July 15, 1999. <br /> 6. The temporary building d as soon as practical or no later than July 15, <br /> 1999. <br /> Council Member Dahl sec otion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Site Plan Review,Anoka my Corrections,4th Avenue and Lilac Street,Mary Kay <br /> Wyland-Ms. W to Anoka County Corrections Department is requesting approval <br /> to allow the constru o addition to the existing 60 bed adult detention facility at 7555 4th <br /> Avenue. The new F� on will add 17,000 square feet to the existing 23,000 square foot facility. <br /> Ms. Wyland noted the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on a 5-0 vote (two (2) <br /> members were absent)with conditions. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to approve the site plan review based on the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1.
