COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 22, 1999 <br /> 2. Final drainage and utility plans are reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 3. Permits are obtained from the Rice Creek Watershed District(approved with <br /> conditions December 23, 1998). <br /> 4. Permits are obtained from Anoka County, if necessary. <br /> 5. Trash handling area is indicated on the plan and properly screened from the street and <br /> adjoining residential properties. <br /> 6. A lighting plan and final construction plans are reviewed by the CPTED Officer and <br /> City staff. <br /> 7. A landscaping plan is provided for the entire site which�includes existing and <br /> proposed plantings and provides screening between the parking area and adjoining <br /> residential properties where it does not exist. This plan shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval of the City Forester. <br /> 8. The Amended Conditional Use Permit and conditions.of approval shall be recorded <br /> with the property at Anoka County. <br /> 9. A review by Anoka County Transportation. <br /> Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Consideration of Gemini Estat,s'FinaI Plat,Mary Kay Wyland -Ms. Wyland stated the <br /> Preliminary Plat for Gemini Estates{formerly Holly Estates)was approved on a 5/0 vote by the <br /> Council at their June 22, 1998,meeting <br /> Ms. Wyland stated the Developer has provided the City with a signed development agreement <br /> and the required financial_guarantees. The City Attorney has reviewed the title information. <br /> Ms. Wyland noted there are no changes from the original plat. All lots meet the R-1X criteria. <br /> Staff recommended approval of the Final Plat as presented. <br /> Council Member Lyden moved to approve the Final Plat for Gemini Estates, as presented. <br /> Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Consideration of Resolution No. 99 - 08,Approve the Plans and Specifications and Order <br /> the Advertisement for Bids for the Lake Drive Trunk Utility Improvements-Phase 2,John <br /> Powell- Mr. Powell stated this project includes the construction of trunk and lateral sanitary and <br /> watermain along Lake Drive from 79th Street to Main Street and along Main Street from Lake <br /> Drive to Lino Lakes Elementary. <br /> 4 <br />
