Council Member Bergs,, introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-11 <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $33,730.00 DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL <br /> EXCESS RESERVE FUND INTO THE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION FUND <br /> WHEREAS, in 1998 the city council accepted the 1997 City Audit, and <br /> WHEREAS, the 1997 Audit identified an Excess Reserve Fund, and <br /> WHEREAS, after some consideration the city council designated those dollars to various <br /> projects, $33,730.00 of which was to be placed in Road Reconstruction <br /> Fund, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED <br /> That the council does hereby. DESIGNATE AND TRANSFER$33,730.00 <br /> FROM THE 1997 GENERAL EXCESS RESERVE FUND IN TO THE ROAD <br /> RECONSTRUCTION FUND: <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day arch 9. <br /> ber ullivan,Mayor <br /> '?e <br /> Viger, Deputy Clerk easurer <br /> motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor <br /> thereof* Bergeson, Lyden, Sullivan <br /> The following voted against same: none, Dahl and Neal Absent <br /> Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
