City of Lino Lakes Park Board Meeting December 7, 1998 The December 7, 1998 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was called to order at 6 :44pm, by Chair George Lindy. Roll call was taken, members present were Jeff Reinert, George Lindy, Pam Taschuk, Sharon Lane, Joe Schmidt, and Paul Montain. Pat Huelman was absent . Also present were Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director, and Sandie Wood, Office Manager. APPROVAL OF November 2, 1998 MINUTES: Pam Taschuk made a motion, seconded by Sharon Lane, to approve the November 2 , 1998 minutes . The minutes were approved. SETTING THE AGENDA: The agenda was passed as presented. OPEN MIKE: No one was present for open mike. MARSHAN PARK AND BEHM'S CENTURY FARM PARK MASTER PLANNING - DISCUSS OBJECTIVES AND SCHEDULE MEETING WITH RESIDENTS: Rick explained that prior to the meeting a discussion began regarding the objectives relating to the master plan of Marshan Park and Behm' s Century Farm Park. He reviewed the schedule of meetings that includes two neighborhood meetings . The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 1999, 7 : 00pm. The second meeting will be held on Thursday, February 5, 1999, 7 : 00pm. The master plan for the two parks will be presented to the City Council on Monday, February 22 , 1999 . Paul asked how many notices had been sent out regarding the meetings . Sandie stated 86 notices have been sent out for Marshan Park and 160 for Behm' s Century Farm Park. Rick noted that the notices sent regarding Marshan Park did include the townhouses. A notice of the scheduled meetings were also sent to the developers . REVIEW AND ADOPT 1999 PARK BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE: Rick went over the Park Board meeting schedule for 1999 .
