Rhovp refprp.neod nitR At thR NnrthpARt gtiadr.Ant of <br />35W and Sunset (toad. This 25 acre site is bordered on the west <br />by Sunset Road; on the south by Interstate No. 35W; on the north <br />by the plat of Sunset Oaks and on the east by industrial <br />property. <br />A trail corridor is proposed by the City to cross 35W at Sunslat <br />Road. <br />Our Sketch plan proposes to adeomadate this trail by platting a <br />walkway along Sunset Road and a park area at the Northwest <br />corner of the site. This will provide for the northerly <br />extension of the trail, through Lot 2, Block 11 of Sunset Oaks <br />which is currently owned by the City. This trail could then be <br />extended Northerly along Reward Avenue to Lots 13, 14, & 15, <br />Block 4 of Sunoct Ooko which is also owned by the City. <br />The total acreage of this plat is 25.40 acres which will be <br />divided into 57 lots. <br />We would proposed to dedicate 0.6 acres for park and the balance <br />in monico broke down in the following :canner. <br />r-1 <br />
