J <br />a <br />AGREEMENT <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND <br />CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT #12 <br />This agreement, entered into this day of <br />, 1991 by and between the City of Lino Lakes <br />and Centennial School District #12, hereinafter referred to <br />as the City and the School District. <br />ARTICLE I <br />PURPOSE <br />Witnesseth that the parties hereto in consideration of the <br />mutual agreements herein contained agree to cooperate in <br />providing for a joint recreation/community services program <br />pursuant to authority granted by Minnesota Statute Section <br />471.15 to 471.109. <br />ARTICLE II <br />RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF JOINT <br />RECREATION COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM <br />Section 1. General Agreements <br />A. The City shall have power to operate a recreation <br />program for the City of Lino Lakes and School District #12. <br />If any part of such program is administered directly by any <br />other governmental body or by a non-profit corporation, the <br />City shall have the power to make cooperative agreements with <br />any such governmental body or non-profit organization when in <br />the judgement of the City, such procedure would prove <br />advantageous. The program directly administered by the City <br />may coordinate use of public property assigned to, or of <br />private property leased or otherwise made available for, <br />recreation use. The City shall be responsible for recreation <br />programing. <br />B. The City may operate facilities made available to it <br />for the purpose of this Agreement. <br />Section 2.
