replacements as necessary) to serve as Recreation Program <br />Supervisor for the recreation program. <br />B. The Recreation Program Supervisor and any members of <br />the recreation program staff shall be employees of Lino Lakes <br />and shall not be considered to be employees of the school <br />district. <br />C. The salary, worker's compensation insurance, other <br />benefits and other expenses of the Recreation Program <br />supervisor and staff shall be paid by Lino Lakes. <br />D. Lino Lakes shall supervise the office of the <br />Recreation Program Supervisor and any staff of the program. <br />E. The Recreation Program Supervisor shall plan, develop <br />and deliver the yearly recreation program at no cost to the <br />community services program. At the same time the Community <br />Services Coordinator shall not collect fees from Lino Lakes <br />for any services performed. <br />F. The Recreation Program Supervisor shall cooperatively <br />plan recreation programs with Community Services Coordinators <br />of other school districts, or other government agencies. <br />Section 3. Program Reports <br />A. The City of Lino Lakes shall provide quarterly <br />programming reports. The report shall include the <br />Cities plans for activities and the funding thereof. <br />Section 4. Insurance <br />A. The City and School District shall obtain policies of <br />liability insurance protecting themselves against any usual <br />and customary liability claims arising out of the operation <br />of the recreation program, including the City employee <br />actions, in amounts which shall be adequate and comply with <br />the requirements of Minn. Stat. Sec. 466.04. The policy shall <br />name the City and School District as additional named <br />insureds respectively. Said policies shall provide for 30 <br />days notice of cancellation. <br />ARTICLE III <br />FUNDING <br />Section 1. <br />A. The City will provide an annual operating budget. <br />PAGE 2 <br />
