14. Declarant reserves the right to modify any requirements regarding amenities such as <br />00*% mailbox designs, signage, trash receptacles, etc. <br />15. Standards regarding architectural design shall be made by the Declarant so long as it does <br />not diminish the quality of the development and is applied consistently through the Association. <br />16. Trail access easements across Association property shall not be amended. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />1. Invalidation of any one of these covenants and restrictions by judgement or Court order shall <br />in no way affect the validity of any other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. <br />2. The covenants, conditions and restrictions of this Declaration shall run with and bind the Plat <br />for a period of six years from the date this Declaration is recorded, or until the Class A and <br />Class B memberships are equivalent. <br />3.
