Consider Resolution No. 21-67, Approving a Conditional Use Permit for 55 Commercial Stables; ii. Consider Resolution No. 21-68, Denying a Variance to Increase the Number 56 of Animal Units—City Planner Larsen noted that the applicant has requested a continuation to allow 57 for councilmembers to visit the property. The council concurred with the request. 58 Councilmember Stoesz moved to postpone consideration of Resolution No. 21-67 and Resolution No. 59 21-68 to the August 9, 2021 council meeting. Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion 60 carried on a voice vote. 61 6B) Glamos Wire, Inc. (2300 Main Street): i. Consider Resolution No. 21-69 Approving 62 Conditional Use Permit for Open and Outdoor Storage; ii. Consider Resolution No. 21-70 Approving 63 Site Improvement Performance Agreement—City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation 64 that included information on: 65 - Request for conditional use to allow for open and outdoor storage; 66 - Background; 67 - Zoning; 68 - Site Plan; 69 - Fencing plan; 70 - Outdoor Storage Requirements; 71 - Alternative screen request of applicant(not recommended by staff and Planning and Zoning 72 Board); 73 - Findings of Fact(consistency, etc); 74 - Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval with waiver of shrub requirement. 2
