COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> APPROVED <br /> 75 Councilmember Cavegn asked if the shrub waiver would be all sides and Ms. Larsen said yes. That is <br /> 76 based on the existance of vegation already. <br /> 77 <br /> 78 Councilmember Ruhland asked if you can see through the fence and staff said no. It's a backyard type <br /> 79 privacy fence. <br /> 80 Councilmember Stoesz noted the 35% security requirement and asked who would receive the deposit? <br /> 81 Ms. Larsen said the City will receive and hold that standard deposit; it's normally done within a year. <br /> 82 Mayor Rafferty noted that he visited the property and saw the operation. It's a good commercial <br /> 83 operation that is utilizing an existing building in the City. <br /> 84 Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 21-69 and Resolution No. 21-70 as <br /> 85 presented. Councilmember Lyden seconded the motion.
