Completing dead end segments (i .e . Birch street) . <br /> b. Paving existing graded trails . <br /> C . Trail connection to Regional Park. <br /> d. equitable trail dedication ordinance. <br /> Along with the 1996 goals the board formed the following <br /> mission statements . <br /> Mission Statements <br /> 1 . The Lino Lakes Park Board would like to explore the <br /> possibility of creating a joint use athletic complex <br /> (A-3) with the cities of Centerville and Circle Pines . <br /> 2 . In an effort to connect the northern part of the city to <br /> the southern part by means of a trail corridor, we would <br /> like to go on record in support of a new bridge wide <br /> enough to accommodate a transportation trail at the Hwy. <br /> 49 crossing of Rice Creek between Baldwin Lake and Rice. <br /> Lake. <br /> 3 . The Park Board supports any cooperative efforts with the <br /> school district regarding joint development and joint <br /> use of school district recreational facilities . <br /> Ken asked if there was any high land in the N-2 Park <br /> (Woolens Park) . Marty responded he had been in the area and <br /> there is highlands there . Ken asked if Marty ever heard <br /> from residents about this land. Marty said no. <br /> Marty did say, however, that he has heard from residents off <br /> and on all summer about the Fawn Lane Park/Trail . He said <br /> there is half an acre or less of land there and the <br /> residents want to know what is going to be done with it . <br /> Marty feels the residents either want it mowed or establish <br /> 6 <br />
