CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DSGW ARCHITECTURAL <br />SERVICES PROPOSAL <br />WHEREAS, prior to opening the recreation center, the existing facility is in need of <br />renovation and enhancements including revamped locker rooms, wall and floor finishes, <br />interior signage and FFE; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal from DSGW Architecture outlines the project scope and <br />phasing plan. Estimated fees are broken down into three phases with a total not to exceed <br />amount of $6,550, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota hereby authorizes the Public Services Director to enter into an <br />agreement with DSGW Architecture for interior remodeling and architecture services for <br />the recreation center. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lalces this 13th day of September, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by <br />Councilmember Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Cavegn, Lyden, <br />Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None (Absent - Ruhland) <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
