CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO, 21-96 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A NEW ON -SALE WINE, SUNDAY <br />AND BEER LICENSES FOR MAC KITCHEN <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an on -sale wine, Sunday sales and <br />3.2 beer license from Trang Mac, owner of Mac Kitchen, located at 717 Apollo Drive, <br />Suite 140; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has conducted an investigation of the <br />applicants and found no reason to deny; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine, Sunday sales and beer license for Mac <br />Kitchen. All the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal <br />government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of September, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by <br />Councilmember Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Cavegn, Lyden, <br />Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None (Absent - Ruhland) <br />Lt PT <br />RotjRafferty, ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju11an$e�Bartell, City C1 <br />
