SUMMARY <br /> This is a first draft of the most significant changes to the zoning district sections. Staff will <br /> continue suggest additional revisions to format and content as we move through the ordinance <br /> revisions and will provide updates for Planning & Zoning Board review as we move through the <br /> process. <br /> The Planning &Zoning Board should review the draft changes recommended by staff and <br /> provide direction on any other desired changes. The direction will be incorporated into the full <br /> draft that will be presented later this year. <br /> Our next meeting to review ordinance revisions is November 1 lth and we intend to cover <br /> driveway width and the landscape ordinance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Provide direction to staff on the proposed zoning district revisions. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
