A WCA Notice of Decision(NOD) approving the wetland delineation <br /> was issued by VLAWMO on November 14, 2016. Although the NOD states the <br /> delineation is good for 3 years, staff received confirmation from VLAWMO that the <br /> NOD is actually good for 5 years.
